After this, socceroos lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in socceroos'sConstantin Marcu putting the lead up to 4 - 0. That made three goals for Constantin Marcuand he was marked down for the hat trick. With 27 minutes played, socceroos put themselves up 5 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to Artur Pfaffenzeller, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home.Gurdunfo Poupariña of Coslada was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. socceroos held the ball, with a clear 74 percent of possession.
Things were deteriorating for the away team as socceroos scored another to make it 6 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for Artur Pfaffenzeller after 58 minutes. Cheers filled the stadium as Nicolas Moreau broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the 9 - 1 goal for socceroos. Rupert Taltavull of Coslada was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. socceroos claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 79 percent.
socceroos's best player was Nicolas Moreau. Morris Jones on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Coslada player was without a doubt Alejandro Bayo. Zorion Noain turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 9 - 1.
